MEMBERSHIP CELEBRATES AND FINANCIALLY SUPPORTS SIGMA DELTA TAU

DAMGIRL—a reminder of Sigma Delta Taus seven founders: Dora, Amy, Marian, Grace, Inez, Regene and Lenore. It was these seven women who created something new: a sisterhood that would spread across the country, providing a meaningful and relevant experience to tens of thousands of women during college and well after.

Wherever Sigma Delta Taus find themselves today, DAMGIRL is sure to remind them of the special bond they share with so many sisters. That said, we invite Sigma Delta Tau alumnae to share a glass of DAMGIRL Napa Valley wine, SDT’s new signature wine collection. Each bottle is designed specifically for our organization. With your club shipment, you have the option to include a beautiful handmade fire-branded Sigma Delta Tau wooden crate.

The Personality Amy - 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon - Napa Valley

Only a Napa Cabernet can embody the spirit of our founder Amy Apfel Tishman, who was affectionately revered as the personality plus coed. Amy dedicated much of her life's work to supporting several philanthropic organizations. Following her death, the Tishman family continued her charitable legacy by bequeathing a Sigma Delta Tau Foundation scholarship in her name, ensuring her support of our sisterhood continues in perpetuity.

Our flagship Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic representation of the appellation’s preeminent varietal. Notes of black cherry, blackberry and plum are complemented by hits of toasted oak, dried currant and baking spice. Fine-grained tannins and ample brightness on the palate give way to a polished mouthfeel and exceptionally long finish.
